We realize the building process is stressful. Our friendly and talented staff is here to help you through from start to finish. We do our best to keep you informed at every step of the way.

We can provide custom designs that will accomodate your needs. Our creative team has experience designing for existing homes and new construction.

ABOUT CHIEF ARCHITECT

Using Chief Architect we are able to realize your design goals in a virtual environment. Working with our clients, we can optimize the look and feel of your home before construction even begins.

THE HAVER PROCESS

  • Call us for an appointment at (608) 241-4297. We can usually schedule a time within 2 weeks.

  • Tom Haver will meet with you and listen to your needs. He will take photos and measurements.

  • Our staff will offer you options: a design contract; a ballpark estimate; or other options to fit your budget.

  • Once a design is selected, we will fine-tune your estimate based upon materials you have chosen with our design staff or preferred vendors.

  • We then offer you a construction contract and give you the information necessary for you to arrange financing, if appropriate.

  • We schedule a starting date, arrange for building permits, and order starting materials, i.e., dumpster, lumber, concrete.

  • Once the project has started, we meet with you at specific stages so that we are both kept informed.

  • We go through your check list at the end of the project to make sure everything is done according to the agreed-upon contract specifications.

  • We stand behind our work and can give you lien waivers.

  • We always appreciate constructive feedback and hope you will refer us when asked.
